I'm truly sorry I missed a couple of weeks of prompts. I fail as a mod! But I am back!

A few suggestions:

Song: Underwear by Royal Republic. (The song is quite lewd I'll admit, but I'm thinking the whole thing ends up in femdom, if you get my drift.)

Music Video: Lady Gaga: Judas

Music Video: I know I've suggested this band before, but I can't resist this one: the video for Männer sind Schweine (Men Are Pigs) by Die Ärzte. (NSFW Lyrics.) It includes Lara Croft kicking butt, if that helps inspire you for a crossover any.

Comedy Short Film: Minesweeper: The Movie. Fanfic for Minesweeper the original game is also quite welcome!

(I'll confess that the song is my new favorite but the story potential here is in the video, which is unrelated to the lyrics. What are those guys doing and why aren't they dead or missing limbs? Mild profanity in the subtitles...)

I couldn't use every song suggestion this week since I didn't want to do only songs, but I'm saving them up! Please feel free to leave more suggestions in this post or as a PM. Keep in mind that other tiny fandoms besides songs and commercials are welcome. As always, posting of fanworks for any five-minute fandom is welcome at any time.

My first suggestion, song and/or video: Farin Urlaub - Dusche (Shower)
(Warning for mild profanity and for violence, particularly a Psycho homage at the end.)

I love this too now and there just seem to be so many ways this could go, I'd love to see someone's take on it!

And, just to class the joint up a bit: My Last Duchess by Robert Browning. May take longer than five minutes, but it's shorter than a page so I felt it would be all right. I once read a mystery story that referenced this poem and there's a lot you could do with it -- in fact I have an idea or two myself.

Other suggestions that might fit this community: Sassy Gay Friend and of course Old Spice Guy.

I've been working on tagging, also, and will be created new tags as new fandoms are posted. Feel free to tag your own work but I'll also tag it for you. Let me know if you have any tagging (or other) suggestions.

This is an open/unmoderated collection for anything that fits within the description of a five minute fandom as described on the profile of the community.

Actually, I also wrote a treat for a five minute fandom this Yuletide. It was for Schoolhouse Rock, The Tale of Mr. Morton, which can be found here on Youtube.

Because these are really the only fandoms I can see myself writing for.

I did that for Yuletide this year: I wrote Leaves That Are Green for a Japanese television commercial, and had a lot of fun doing it. (gen, no archive warnings apply). I'm considering writing more fic for it, because of course I had to work out the entire backstory and a lot of worldbuilding, and what's the fun of that if you don't ~~inflict in on everyone~~share?

I'm also hopeful that other people will be intrigued by the commercial, because it's really trippy, and I think you could go quite a few different directions with it.

Oh, and I totally forgot to say, but crossposting to the LJ side is fine with me.

We will be celebrating all the tiny fandoms here: songs, music videos, TV commercials, whatever you can think of.

In a couple of days I will have a post of a few small fandoms for inspiration, but in the meantime feel free to post any fanworks you may have pertaining to "five minute fandoms."

Suggestions for fandoms to put in the inspiration posts are very welcome! Especially for those that aren't songs, but songs too. Suggestions for what to do with the community are also great. PM me or comment here.

I'm still looking for a co-mod as well, if anyone is interested. But for the time being I should have enough online time to run it myself.
